State your point: "My greatest strength is patience."

Explain: "When customers are upset, I stay calm and listen."
理由を説明する:「お客様が怒っているときも、落ち着いて話を聞きます。」
Give an example: "For example, last year I won a customer award."

Three steps: state your point -> explain why -> give a real example. A specific example makes any answer believable and strong.
